The club AGM was held on 22nd November 2008 where, among other business, Basil Slater was appointed Honorary President. On 12th December the Ladies Section held their 2008 Xmas Lunch. After a fine meal provided by Walter Vassie and his able assistants a competition was held where each table had to produce a hat from sheets of coloured paper.
